Most people are familiar with sports and business coaches; in principle life coaching is no different except that it uses a more holistic approach looking at all aspects of your life and how they interact and effect each other. People will work with a life coach because they want to be more successful, more fulfilled and happier in one or more areas of their lives. My role as a coach is to encourage, support and empower you, the client, to successfully move forwards to achieve your goals and create the life that you want. What is an essential part of the process is your commitment and desire for change. The coaching relationship is based on honesty, trust and transparency; it is non —directive, solutions and future focussed and confidential.
