With numerous years in the trade Richard has worked in some of the best high profile establishments worldwide, with stints in Australia at MG Garage Sydney, Nicks Seafood darling Harbour Sydney Quaglinos, Harvey Nichols Fifth floor & Bank in Aldwych London he has learnt his skills of some of the top best chefs, from Rosseted to Michelin to Event Catering to Country house hotels.
He is seriously passionate in what he produces from where the produce comes from and how it tastes and is executed. Richard also has been commissioned in the past to cook for many celebrities and even royalty!
