Our aim at Inner Wisdom is to provide our clients with a warm safe professional space so that they can work through their issues. With our wealth of experience, Inner Wisdom counselling also provides counselling and case supervision for other counsellors. There can be many reasons for these feelings or for ways of thinking and behaving, perhaps you have issues from your childhood, or you may have recently been bereaved.

Perhaps you have been made redundant or are having relationship difficulties. Whatever the reasons, counselling is a safe space in which you can explore your feelings and examine your options.
