David Bacchus the company owner has been connected with flooring for over 30 years originally taking up an apprenticeship with Geo. E.Bryants of Stockport in 1977 a family concern specialising in Luxury fitted carpets and furnishings. David learnt his trade in the 'bib 'n' braces' style of old school incorporating hand sewing, silver seaming and ring and pin methods that sadly have now become obsolete.

After a 4 year apprenticeship David decided to work for himself. Taking up various sub contract positions with local and prominent carpet showrooms. This led to becoming sole installer for the carpet dept of Lewis's dept store in Piccadilly Manchester which included estimating advising and installing all floorcoverings including Carpets, Vinyls, Laminates, Tiles, Polyflor, Amtico, and Karndean.
