The Company was originally formed in 1996 becoming a limited company in 1998 by Brian Stephens and his wife Linda Veale. The business experience and acumen brought from a long period of running and developing other successful local businesses was the founder's greatest asset. They believed that the best temporary contract staff members could be secured by providing long term work at a fair rate of pay. Also by acknowledging that all temporary contract staff working for them deserved the benefits normally afforded to full time staff. The original operation started in Eastbourne but expanded to Hastings and now services clients throughout the East Sussex area. They worked very hard and built the business on the reputation of providing staff of the highest quality, securing both clients and temporary contract staff by delivering an unprecedented level of service to both.
