I live with my 82 year old mother and our hot water and central heating totally packed in over the week end due to a heating fault so I phoned up over 15 boiler repair company's and not one of them could or would make a visit to try and get my mothers heating put back on despite telling them my mother is 82 years of age and the temp outside is below 0,I n desperation I phoned warm home healthy people which is run by Suffolk county council and they put me onto a company called Ipswich plumbing and heating, The moment I phoned and explained my situation to Mark he made special arrangements for us and was round in a flash and got the heating all sorted which put a big smile on my mothers face. This company I would recommend to everyone and I will now be using them always when needed 5***** service and very friendly.
