It's The Little Things

When we first began looking for a nursery for our own children we wanted it all; a rural environment, lots of green space to play and explore, a fantastic garden, and fresh food cooked on the premises. If that sounds like a lot to ask for, it was, so we set up our own. The easier we can make life the better, so we open a bit earlier (at 7.45am) and close a bit later (at 6.15pm) and make sure the children get three home cooked meals a day - including one at 4 o'clock, to take the pressure off mum and dad.

Our children love it. They can visit the allotment and collect twigs in the woods and apples from the orchard, far from the dangers of traffic. And as you'll see, squirrels, rabbits and pheasants love it too. Most of our staff are qualified to level 3, with a good mix of mums and a couple of teachers among them. It's a mix that creates a warm, family environment.
