In areas local to our main office we also manage properties let on Assured Shorthold Agreements and Regulated Tenancies We also give advice to developers and other clients on structuring leases for effective management. We have a number of Surveyors who are able to offer professional advice on property matters including, building surveys, party wall matters, leasehold valuation, freehold ground rents and investment advice.
