Ji Tae Taekwondo

Taekwondo is a fast growing sport and is great for everyone from 5yrs of age upto 70 years plus. Infact traditional taekwondo is one of the few sports that can be correctly done well into an artist senior years. For our younger students taekwondo is the perfect sport to learn confidence and self co-ordination, they also learn respect and self discipline, which are vital life skills. Taekwondo hails from the oriental country of South Korea and loosley translated taekwondo means "foot" "fist" "way" or "the way of the fist and foot". Ji-Tae Elite Taekwondo are part of the World Taekwondo Association (W.T.A) who are affiliated to Taekwondo's main body; British Taekwondo. Master Gary Sykes is the president of the W.T.A and Master Frost is a member of the black belt panel at all W.T.A black belt gradings.
