Jon Hastings - Psychotherapy & Counselling

In my practice I offer personal support in the form of psychotherapy, counselling, couple therapy and group therapy. This work may be brief and focussed on a particular issue over a few sessions, or may engage with deeper and more complex problems over a prolonged period. The form of help that will be most useful to you will be discussed at an initial exploratory session.I also offer consultation to professionals in the form of supervision and group facilitation. I work with counselling and psychotherapy practitioners, other professionals and managers in the field of Health and Social Care, group workers, agencies and organisations. This ranges from ongoing support of clinical work to helping staff teams and organisations function more effectively.
