Our mission statement says that we will tailor our veterinary care to your individual needs. We feel this is important because all our patients and clients are different, and we need to understand what works for each individual case. We believe that by listening to you about your pet, we will be able to choose a treatment regime accordingly, rather than automatically turning to the textbook option. By building a relationship between vet, nurse, patient and client, we will be able to find a way forward that is appropriate for your individual case. Consultations are by appointment, as this allows us to spend time with each client, and saves you from having to wait too long. Any emergencies will, of course, be prioritised, and we promise a same-day appointment for all urgent cases. As we have been getting busier and busier recently, we are trying to increase the number of available appointments, but if you do want a same-day appointment it pays to phone early!
