The majority of K1's contracts are secured through competitive tenders and predominantly under JCT Forms of Contracts. The company is well versed in all aspects of Construction Management and service delivery to exacting standards. The company has highly developed skills and expertise in fast-track projects. Indeed, it was our MD's expertise and experience in fast-track and super-track project delivery that led to the formation of the company. At K1, we believe that the fast-track process should encompass all stages of the development process, from initial brief formulation, to contract procurement and the construction process. In this regard, K1 introduced a scheme whereby the company would submit its formal bonafide tender submissions for contracts up to a value of £1million, within four working days from receipt of tender documents, and seven days for contracts above £1million.
