Why come and see me? People get support from me with strong emotions, with anxiety or depression, with relationship struggles, stuckness, or for healing trauma and letting go of unhelpful beliefs. I am committed to healing and have a deep trust in the therapeutic process. If we work together I’ll offer patience and spaciousness and I always go at your pace. I am grounded and solid, and can be playful. I care about my clients. I value honesty, curiosity, compassion, creativity and imagination. I welcome whatever you bring to our sessions: woundedness, wariness, anger and other strong emotions, relationship issues and so on.
