Having spent many years in a corporate world I embarked on a personal journey to discover a natural approach to nutrition and wellbeing. With the increase of allergies, chronic illness and disease in the Western world there needs to be an opportunity for us to step back and assess what the food we are putting into our bodies is doing to us. I do not believe in fad diets, but instead eating for good health and well-being, and ensuring that eating plans that I recommend are for good health and longevity.

I studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London, graduating with a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. A key part of completing the Diploma included two years and over 200 hours of clinical training which has provided me with valuable experience in this area. I am fully insured and a member of British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT).
