Andy founded KCP in October 1988. A practising Occupational Psychologist for some 40 years, Andy has worked with many leading psychologists, including Peter Saville, Roger Holdsworth, Sylvia Downs, Meredith Belbin, and Michael Pearn. Andy is the driving force behind KCP's research, and he is the author of numerous tests, questionnaires and assessment tools.

Andy is a BPS Verifier, a BPS Verified Assessor and is on the Register of Applied Psychology Supervisors. Andy has two children, a step-daughter, a grandson and a floating shed (boat).

Dawn has been involved in many aspects of KCP for over 18 years. During the past six years she has run our accounting function as well as contributing to the general running of our consultancy services.
