Homeopathy can be used with a wide range of physical, mental and emotional symptoms and is safe to use alongside conventional medicine. I see homeopathy as a ‘tool for change’ – helping people to move forwards, fulfilling their potential in health, life and spritual growth. I offer nutritional advice (including anti-candida and GAPS programme) as well as testing for food intolerances, deficiencies and sensitivities to toxicity to complement the use of homeopathic remedies, emotional support and spiritual guidance. I also offer support around conception, pregnancy, childbirth and beyond as well as running a Natural Parenting Group, part of the Arnica network.I first encountered alternative therapies after suffering for years with a series of low grade infections and ailments which, while not life threatening, were making life feel pretty grey. The doctors did not have a lot to offer so I decided to see a homeopath, without really knowing what to expect. My appointment lasted over an hour and, while we talked about my symptoms, we also talked about me as a person: what I liked and did not and what made me tick.
