Kenneth Easby

Kenneth Easby & Co was founded in 1949, based in Bedale, North Yorkshire. In 1994 the practice opened a second office in Northallerton and in November 2001 acquired the practice of C J Smithson and Co in Darlington. In October 2007 the practice became a limited liability partnership and in June 2014 fully incorporated to become Kenneth Easby Limited. The firm's approach throughout its history has been to work on a proactive basis advising clients ranging from individual taxpayers to large corporate businesses on all aspects of accountancy and taxation and where relevant liaising with bankers, financial and legal advisors to improve the overall financial position of the client. In recent years and in response to the changing economic climate we have renewed our focus on providing high value, tailored advisory services that identify all areas of potential financial improvement and impact directly on the bottom line for our clients. The firm is able to advise on the whole range of accounting, auditing and taxation matters faced by owner managed businesses drawing on the experience and knowledge of the directors and staff within the firm.
