Kernow Gym

Kernow Gym is a facility that caters to all sorts of different members and clients, from the standard gym user wanting to get into shape to sport specific disciplines including bodybuilding, strongman, olympic weightlifting and powerlifting and trains athletes from many different sports to improve performance. This is the only gym in Cornwall to cater for such a broad range from complete novice to elite athlete. Our staff are here to help you achieve your goals whether they are simply to get stronger and fitter or sport specific performance. We offer additional services such as one to one personal training and nutritional advice and are always here to help you smash your personal bests!
