We are therefore very familiar in working with the local Councils to give you the best chance of gaining approval. Some small extensions and buildings in back gardens may not need a formal planning application but qualify as 'Permitted Development'. Internal alterations only require planning permission if the building is listed, but may require approval from a Building Inspector. We can advise you as to what qualifies as permitted development and what requires the Building Inspector's approval.
