At Keys we specialise in high quality rentals and have a large portfolio of flats, detached and semi-detached properties ensuring that tenants have a varied selection to choose from. As an independent, family run business we aim to home good quality tenants in good quality homes across the South Cumbria region. Did you know we now offer short lets? Due to increasing demand from contractors working at the large local employers such as BAE Systems, Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK), Dong Wind Energy and all associated sub-contract companies, we have expanded our portfolio to offer properties that are available for short lets of 3 months, or sometimes less. These properties are offered all-inclusive, and the contract can be made flexible to work around the Tenant. Often, the properties are presented as individual rooms to rent within a bigger building, (HMO), with shared communal areas meaning that Tenants can enjoy the home comforts of a self catering property, with convenience being the focus.
