All members of staff are trained to ensure that your visits are as pleasant as possible and we are more than willing to answer any of your queries or discuss any worries which you may have concerning your treatment. Patients are seen by appointment. It is usually necessary for the first appointment with your dentist to be for examination. This enables your dentist to prescribe and schedule your treatment at mutually convenient times. Once your course of treatment is complete, your dentist will request that you come back to the practice for monitoring your dental health by making an advance appointment for a check-up. Patients are asked to attend appointments promptly since failure to do so results in other patients being inconvenienced. Late attendees may not be seen and failure to attend will incur a charge. If you are unable to attend, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to allow another patient to be accommodated.
