Kittens Preschool

We are situated in the Earcroft area of Darwen Lancashire, just off the A666 and near to the Motorway junction 4 (M65). Kittens Preschool caters for children aged 3 to 5 years old.

We occupy a lottery funded purpose built nursery which is open plan, all on one level, with zoned areas which include: messy area, sensory room and interactive white board. There is also direct access to a secure, safe and interesting garden where the children can play continuously as we operate an open door system where the garden is available for play all day.

Established in 1989, we open 8.00am till 5.00pm Monday to Friday term time only. Kittens is a not-for-profit preschool, offering the first 15 hours per week free in line with Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council's terms and conditions. There are 8 members of staff in our team and we are proud to claim that we have an extremely low staff turn over.
