The business is operated by its two Directors Nick Bell & Darren Marfleet who between them have 30 years Industry experience and take a targeted approach to recruitment. By offering a personal, hands-on and flexible service, our clients enjoy a more bespoke experience.

Nick has a broad spectrum of experience with Heavy and Lightside Merchants as well as UK Manufacturers in various commercial roles up to Director level. As a self employed consultant, his most recent role in the industry enabled him to interact with the industry up to senior board level. His knowledge and understanding of routes to market gives him the ability to empathise with both parties and provides him with an insight into the needs of candidates and frustrations of his clients.

Outside work Nick enjoys spending time with his family and runs regularly with his local athletics club to marathon level.
