Langley-Taylor LLP was established in 1936, and now acts for clients throughout the United Kingdom. We specialise in enfranchisement and the extension of residential leases, valuation, dispute resolution, Town and Country Planning, and the negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings and investment sales and purchases. Our areas of expertise were expanded, by merging with Caws & Morris to encompass Town and Country Planning, valuations for compensation, research and analysis.

We aim to provide individually structured professional advice, with a direct partner / client relationship. We have an association with Langley Taylor Building Consultancy who provide project management and building consultancy services. Langley-Taylor Edinburgh is an independent practice selling and managing prime country properties and agricultural estates in Scotland. Consultancy arrangements exist between the two offices.
