We have worked successfully with major contractors on Design and Build contracts, both in negotiated and competitive situations, on projects varying in value from £200k to £7 million. We have proven ability in satisfying the "Fast Track" requirements for design development, co-ordination of specialist trades, and effective production of information up to tender stage and through to completion. Langton Associates has worked successfully as a member of a package development team which arranges the site acquisition, funding, costing, design and construction of projects. This facility is always available to clients. Our experience covers involvement in projects covering Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, and Housing. The advent of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 and its latest 2015 update has raised the need for all disciplines in the building industry to improve the knowledge of Health and Safety in the design and construction of buildings. Langton Associates have taken this responsibility seriously and are committed to the principles of the Regulations. Our many years of experience enable us to act as Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations.
