The treatments I offer will be adapted to meet your individual needs. So whether it be relief from everyday problems such as sitting at a desk working or carrying out repetitive tasks, through to sport specific issues, be it recovering from an injury or preparing for a marathon my massage treatments will be adapted to suit you! I graduated from Leeds University with a 2.1 BSc Hons in Sports Science and Physiology during 2005 and went on to travel the world for a year. Having always been committed to working in a sporting environment, I completed a course in sports massage in 2006. I have since completed a second University Certificate of Enhanced Professional Development sports massage course through Sports Performance Services, the only university accredited massage course in the country. I am currently Level 4 qualified on the National Qualifications Framework, this level of qualification recognises an individual as being a qualified sports massage practitioner. I am also affiliated with the Sports Massage Association, the professional body for sports massage practitioners in the UK.
