Leech Steve Associates

Steve Leech Associates Ltd is a practice of Chartered Surveyors based in Irthlingborough in Northamptonshire, and operating in London, the Northern Home Counties, East Anglia and the East Midlands.

Workload is varied and we provide our services to building users and developers; other private practice quantity surveyors; and building contractors, subcontractors, house builders, the legal profession and real estate agents.

Director Steve Leech is a chartered quantity surveyor and has a broad range of knowledge, expertise and experience gained across the industry during a career spanning more than 30 years. He has dealt with critical and confidential financial and contractual matters on all building types and on various structural and civil engineering projects. He has worked for public and private clients, and for contractors and subcontractors.
