I qualified as a Psychosexual Therapist at the internationally renowned Tavistock Relationships centre, and have been working as a counsellor since then. After working in London for many years, I now work from a light and airy consultation room in Leeds City Centre. I have a style which is both relaxed and interactive, and which incorporates techniques from various schools of counselling as well as from writers and teachers in this field. I believe deeply in empowering individuals to make the changes that they need in their lives and to achieve this I employ motivational techniques, deep empathic listening, reflection and analysis.
