Operations director Will Mears has served within the company for almost fifteen years. He grew up on a small holding in rural Herefordshire with strong links to agriculture. After a college diversification he initially trained as a service technician under a well known pest control mentor and under took formal qualifications through the British Pest Control Association. The business has grown securely year on year enabling comprehensive career development.
