Helle graduated from The Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth in 1987. It was the first recognised Chiropractic college in Europe and at that time, the only one. She originates from Denmark and had done her pre-chiropractic studies at Odense University.After graduation she worked 5 years in Essex before moving to Lewes in 1992. In 1994/95 she did a post-graduate course in sports chiropractic and passed the exam as certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. She also has a keen interest in nutrition and in chiropractic care in pregnancy and for the baby. Helle is a member of the College of Chiropractors and the British Chiropractic Association. She is registered with the General Chiropractic Council. She is currently working reduced hours to spend time with the family.
