Views over the West Beach and Covesea lighthouse and the Moray Firth across to the hills of Sutherland beyond. Lossiemouth boasts two white sandy beaches and two harbour marina basins in between and is on the Moray Coastal Trail. The town is home to RAF Lossiemouth and close to the world renowned Gordonstoun School.

Lossiemouth is also the coastal capital of the Malt Whisky Trail. The A941 leads from the heart of whisky country in Speyside, through the main city of Elgin and ends right here in Lossie.
