We are 10 miles from the east coast & 10 miles from the North Yorkshire Moors, having easy access to the A19/A66 and 1mile to the town centre. There are local buses to the town centre & James cook hospital nearby, you will also find shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Our nearest local pub is 2 minutes away, complete with outdoor beer garden and serves food all day, ideal for business people.

We are local to The Middlesbrough Theatre where Christmas panto's are a memorable evening out. Opposite our Guest House is the well known Linthorpe Cemetery where you will find the legendary Mohawk grave of Moses Carpenter(see ancestor page). The area has lots of local history and abundance of wildlife; such as squirrels, rabbits and birds, and is managed as a local nature reserve (LNR).
