The public bar features a dartboard and pool table as well as an electronic jukebox and satellite TV. In the winer season the pub often hosts events and entertainment, and the whole venue is available for private parties (wedding receptions, celebrations, etc). The Lion and Unicorn is the perfect place to spend a few days soaking up the true Scottish hospitality that we all want to discover. Full of friendly locals, it is one of the few Free Houses left in Scotland, with reasonable prices on beer.

All meals are traditionally home prepared and cooked to order by our resident chef, and we open to diners for lunch & dinner all week. Our extensive a la carte menu caters for all tastes, including options for vegetarians and children, brought to your tables by our friendly waiting staff. The Lion & Unicorn has a high standard of accommodation available and offers the perfect base for walking, shooting, fishing and golf.
