Stephanie trained with the York School of Holistic Therapies and holds a VTCT Level 3 qualification in Reflexology. Stephanie is also a member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists).A keen interest in natural, holistic therapies for herself and her family, lead to focusing on Reflexology, having greatly benefited from regular reflexology treatments herself.Stephanie has recently undertaken post graduate training in Reflexology for fertility, pregnancy and birth.
