If you book a journey from an airport and the flight is late, you will not be charged for any waiting time. The car for your journey is air conditioned, has plenty of leg room, and will be driven with comfort in mind. This is a door-to-door service, which ensures that you will not be required to wait in the rain, stand while travelling, or to sit on your suitcase. The car holds up to six passengers, and can carry an empty wheelchair. Normally there is plenty of room in the Renault™ Espace for luggage, but if there are six passengers, the cases have to go on the roof.

I have six roof bars and the cases are put into heavy-duty, waterproof, zip-up bags to keep any rain out and the luggage is securely strapped down. You need to allow an extra 20 minutes on your journey for loading up. There are no extra charges for bank holidays, except for the Christmas period starting at 6:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve and ending at 3:00 a.m. on December 27 when a surcharge of 50% will be required.
