The London Catering Services (LCS) Directors Ossie & Stacey first met whilst working for separate companies in completely different industries. Both native to South London, with a passion for what they do and share a love of ice cream too, from which the business was born.Prior to establishing LCS, Ossie worked for his father helping to manage the family catering company. This is where most of his valuable knowledge and experience was gained. Still very hands-on and always at the forefront, he is not afraid of ‘mucking in’.Alongside Ossie, his wife Stacey oversees the administration of the company. She brings with her over 15 years experience in retail marketing. A keen multitasker, her responsibilities include business management, finance and HR. She is also responsible for bringing in the right type of new commercial ventures to help the business continue to flourish.
