Through his private practice in the heart of Shoreham, Louis treats sporting injuries and provides effective pain relief through both targeted physiotherapy and acupuncture. His vision is to expand into a holistic practice that encompasses all aspects of health, to inspire change and promote better living. Louis’ passion for sports and fitness began at an early age — at just 12 years old he was competing at national level in track and field athletics, cross country and road running and was playing football at Sunday league level. During this time he developed his first sporting injury, which led him to Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club physio, Malcolm Stuart at the Goldstone Ground. This early experience ignited an interest in Louis about not just the enjoyment and competitive side of sport, but about the impact that sports could have on your body. Ultimately, this is what inspired his career in treating and preventing sports injuries, and his dream to work as a physiotherapist in professional sport.
