I am passionate about massage, wellbeing and helping people to feel better. Based in Marlow, I am a qualified Holistic Massage Therapist (Massage Training Institute) and Reflexologist. I am also trained in Sports Focussed Massage, Myofascial Release and Pregnancy Massage . This means I can call on a wide variety of movements and techniques when tailoring each massage to each client. I offer a variety of massage techniques including soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue massage and stretching for improved soft tissue flexibility and maintenance of joint mobility. These techniques can also be applied for relaxation; reducing the impact of stress, improving blood and lymphatic circulation. Clients visit me in my treatment rooms in Marlow and I work with companies to provide on-site massage and wellbeing advice and training and programs for Health and Wellness Weeks.
