Lowdens House

Lowdens House offers comfortable accommodation with a warm welcome within walking distance of Taunton town centre. Our nine guest rooms over three floors are all en suite and all have Freeview televisions and kettles with tea and coffee. Lowdens House is ideal for business and leisure travellers alike with free wifi and ample parking (in two spaces in front of the house and an additional eight spaces in the rear car park). Rooms are available either on a room only basis or with breakfast.

We serve a traditional English breakfast as well as other hot alternatives with veggie and gluten free options, and guests can also help themselves to a cold buffet. If you have an early start we're always happy to serve an early breakfast to fit in with your schedule, and if you prefer not to go out to dinner at night, you can order a takeaway to eat in the dining room or heat something up yourself in the microwave.
