We provide management and consultative services within the broad sector of environmental development. Our dynamic in-house team of thought leaders and innovative implementers are committed to affecting the best practice in the field. Since the founding of LTS in 1973, we have worked with both public and private sectors and we have seen numerous changes and challenges. Over the years, many “current issues” have required us to look to our past to understand how to best address the core issues in development: economics, building capacity, re-shaping policies, empowering the poorest. We have a strong and extensive history in each of these areas.
