Luisa Nicholson Solicitor

The owner of the firm is Luisa Nicholson, who qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and who has always worked in this area of law. Luisa is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (‘STEP’). In 2013 she was appointed HM Assistant Coroner for Exeter and Greater Devon. All our services are provided at a fixed price, so our clients know how much their work will cost. We do not charge purely on an hourly rate basis, nor do we charge a percentage of the value of the estate for probate matters, unlike some providers of probate services. We are based in wheelchair-accessible offices in the heart of Brixham but happily provide free visits to hospitals, care homes and clients’ homes. We also offer free initial no-obligations where we can discuss what you want and advise you on the way forward. Our clients are our priority, we care about them and want to do whatever we can to help them. Whatever you need doing, we will explain the options you have and what it will cost. We use clear, plain English, and treat every client as an individual.
