We firmly believed then, as we do now, that we should be able to make the lunchtime meal in all schools the highlight of the day. Our vision is to bring the catering to the heart of each school, where students, staff and teachers can all experience the enjoyment of eating together. We also believe that a really good diet improves class concentration. So in our small way we'd like to think that we're helping with educational outcomes.
