Having been in recruitment since 1993, MARIA C. VALLUZZI set up MCV Executive Recruitment Limited in 2003 to specialize in executive level appointments within both the private banking and wealth management industry.

Having worked in both large and small firms I believe my boutique model serves the executive search clients best. Ultimately, forming a smaller, more focused environment, I can be more selective in undertaking assignments and totally align my goals with those of my clients.
