Machine MMA

Machine MMA & Fitness Centre is located in the centre of Stanley County Durham. On the first floor we have brand new state of the art weights machines for every body part and fitness machines for the fitness fanatic. Adjacent to the weights room we have the martial arts room. 150 square meters of grappling area and a professional 20 foot cage with 14 hanging punch bags. Our instructors run a comprehensive range of martial arts and fitness classes. Top instructor is Ian ‘The Machine’ Freeman, 6 times UFC fighter, 4 times World Champion & 3 times British Champion. He runs the gym along with his wife Angie who is a qualified fitness instructor and nutritionist, who takes the fitness and circuit classes.
