Separating these last two ranges is the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, 33 miles of scenic waterway, perfect for boating, fishing and easy towpath walks. I am surrounded by breath taking scenery, a haven for wildlife, bird-watching Buzzard, Goshawk, Osprey, Red Kite, Siskins, Pied Flycatcher, Red Pole and the Red Start just to name a few. Many species nest in the grounds of Maeswalter.
