Mara Therapies

Mara Therapies is the result of four years studying and training to develop knowledge of therapies which complement mainstream healthcare. The majority of this training was at Glyndwr University, Wrexham. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Complementary Therapies for Healthcare with the core therapies of massage, reflexology and aromatherapy all studied to a clinical and evidence based level.

Having had a career previously within a stressful commercial working environment I decided to continue to train focusing on positive touch, relaxation and stress relief. I am now a Massage In School Instructor, and Impact Wellbeing Instructor. Additionally I volunteer with the British Red Cross as a Therapeutic Carer.
