Making you feel right in your body is my sole concern. I have been working as a personal trainer and massage therapist since 1999. It's a journey of constant discovery - I am learning new things every day and can now offer the full spectrum of Training activities including Fitness Training and Pilates as well as Sports Massage and some exciting Massage techniques (Chavutti Thirumal) that are still relatively unknown in this country. I have also qualified recently as a physiotherapist and can offer many different paths towards rehabilitation.
