If this is what you are looking for, then phone me for an initial talk, and perhaps arrange an exploratory session. When we meet, we can talk about what you are hoping for, and any concerns you may have. If you decide not to take it further, then I don't charge for this session. If we are to continue to meet, then my normal charges apply. My current rates for an hour's session are: £40 for an individual, and £45 for a couple. Counselling is usually more short-term and often has a specific goal and more defined focus. The longer you continue, the more you will identify patterns from the past, and how they influence you now. You may wish to come as a couple to work on problems you are having in your relationship. Counselling can help you understand the underlying problems as well as the more obvious difficulties. This understanding can help to reduce the power of past and present hurts and disappointments, and find more satisfying ways of being together.
