It is located in one of the nicest parts of Sutton, and is just a few minutes walk from the thriving town centre with its many shops, restaurants, coffee houses, licensed bars, cinema, theatre and library; and you can be in the heart of London from the nearby mainline station in less than half an hour. The M25 is about ten minutes drive away from where the London airports of Gatwick and Heathrow can be reached by car usually within fifteen and thirty minutes respectively.
