Mark Shaw Photography

Hi, I'm Mark, a wedding photographer and family photographer based in Falmouth, Cornwall, South West England. I’m originally from the shire in middle earth (Worcestershire) and I moved to Cornwall in 2007 with my wife and we now have two boys, Dylan and Harry.

It's over eight years since my journey as a full-time professional wedding photographer in Cornwall began and I feel so lucky to have a career I love allowing me to pursue my passion for photography, storytelling and travel.

Storytelling is at the heart of what I do. With wedding photography, I’d be the first person to admit that I’m not a traditional wedding photographer as I’ve never been a fan of formal staged/posed photographs. I love visual storytelling and it’s amazing to be able to document these stories through my photography. I’m honoured that I get the opportunity to document such an important special day, the responsibility that brings, whilst making new friends along the way.
